As a leading designer and fabricator of retail store displays and fixtures. We specialize in creating custom injection-molded single-serve coolers to drive impulse purchases at convenience and grocery stores. We also design and manufacture a variety of specialized retail racks and fixtures made of plastic, wood, metal, or wire. Associates work directly with leading retailers and brands like Pepsi, Coca Cola, Red Bull, Anheuser Busch and many other Fortune 500 companies, to create shopping experiences seen every day. Summary: Grows the business in assigned territory by selling products to existing and new prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Builds and develops customer base through industry knowledge/contacts, networking, and prospecting.

2. Builds company brand and product awareness by participating in industry events.

3. Builds and maintains successful business partnerships by actively engaging customers.

4. Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads. Follows-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails.

5. Provides sales forecasts to Account Team Lead at least monthly.

6. Business Plan Accountability.

7. Visits bottlers and sales centers throughout the MW and south region.

8. Visits PFI Instore factories on a regular basis to understand our capabilities.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
